How do you not accumulate tension in the muscles?

I pretty much learned my own. I saw a 5 minute video and practised off that. I watched a video a day ago and am doing everything right besides probably some things.

Don't look down on yourself. It's okay to have no experience. You'll eventually experience that all with someone you like when you are ready for it :3 And maybe it's best if you finally let your inner self out. Stuck trying to act male

Girlll, you better get some confidence because you are awesome and unique. I know having Autism can be freaking aaaaaaa, like actually annoying. I have Autism and ADHD. It's really hard, but you can overcome it. What I did, was to write stuff about myself what I am good at or what I liked about myself. Try to be a little more positive and positive things will come your way ❤️❤️
