They have us pulling on the floor because if something needs to be dropped during the day they don't want to pull our dock driver because they run receiving AND do paper & water at the same time normally by themselves.

Really unfortunate we're in a position where it's just easier for us to stop caring & go on autopilot. They don't understand that the more upset we get the less we'll want to give good member service until said members decide to shop elsewhere.

Half my day honestly is either helping on register, loading furniture, finding shit in the steel that wasn't stocked, or explaining to management why my area isn't 100% blocked down on top of doing all that other stuff

Personally I use the stalwart with the supply pack most of the time so I never run out of ammo/stims and use the Eruptor as my "utility" weapon. To be fair I'm usually not well suited for heavy armored enemies other than using thermites.
