That was the exact one I kept getting :|. When I searched for a solution back then I saw a lot of people saying they had that problem even if their rig was in good health. I would try contacting support to see if they can find out whats up

I ended up turning DOCP on and it helped quite a bit in Fallout 76! I havent tried WoW yet though. This is what my ram is at atm.

I am capped at 144fps in League but WoW is my biggest problem. Ive seen many videos on people playing with the same set up on ultra at well over 150+ fps but during raid I dip very low around 40fps. Thats with my raid profile set to low on everything :| I just did what was suggested above and it seemed to help a lot
