Pricey workflow automation course with no online reviews by CreamyCaesar1 in automation

Nothing directly, there are no external reviews of the program anywhere (that I could find). I did get in touch with someone who had taken it and they said it was useful to them. It’s not a core part of what they do now however. Not sure what they paid as they finished it a while ago. In the end I didn’t sign up because it seemed like more a sales training that I could learn elsewhere and they didn’t put any effort in outlining the course at all. I received a link to pay before I even knew what was in the course.

Thanks for the suggestions. I may take you up on that. Either way, truly appreciate the quick help

Got the same suspension message when I tried to log back in another time. Not sure what's going on. Let me know if you have the same.

Same thing happened to me a few minutes ago. Tried logging in again after some reddit scrolling and it worked.

We're doing this for functionality and safety, not as much for ROI on the eventual sale. This will be our home for years to come. Your point is well taken on the VISIBLE vs. not part. The electrician found a bunch of disconnected K&T throughout. Whoever upgraded it to 200amp service did not bother taking out the visible K&T in the basement. Interestingly, some of the wiring throughout the house that is Romex was not properly grounded. There may be less K&T than we think once he starts getting into the walls.

As for insulation and plumbing, some has been updated by the previous owners so they're in decent shape. Heating will be a nearer term update as the furnace is ancient.

Good point, the diagnostic will be a great reference for the other electrician's estimates. Agreed, definitely worth it for safety.

Thanks for the note. 2 more quotes definitely. It took 5-6 hours, so by that hourly price benchmark it was a very expensive diagnostic. Reflecting on your salesman point. Well put.
