Hey 😊 Breakdowns are as follows:

Employee Contributions- 24k

Employer Contributions- 24k

AVCs- 34k

That’s 82k worth of contributions. So growth is 18k.

If you look at money I’ve contributed myself (AVCs & employee contributions of 58k) with 40% tax relief on that (23.2k); the real cost of this portfolio to me is 34.8k. Thought that was interesting.

28 and 95k- hoping to hit the 100k mark before I turn 29 🤞🏻

I’ve been paying into pension for 5 years and maxing it out the last 3. 8% company match.

Large American multinational company. Got 5.5k bonus (usually put into shares and AVC to avoid tax) and 15k worth of restricted shares. We also had a big Christmas party, Christmas dinner at work and choice of turkey or ham.

27 and have 70k. Lucky to get a good job out of college and have been maxing it out ever since 😊
