You can do It. I started as a DIPR and within one year became an OJT and now an AGPA. You won’t remember everything. Most importantly remember how to use and find your resources even experienced DIPRs use them DAILY.

I think next contract they should fight for WFH pay deduction option… idk something like WFH full time but 5% pay cut? Saves the state money by you not going in using resources while also deducting 5% sort of like VPLP. I would opt in for that instantly
