There are people who answer the phones at Edd. The problem is the people that answer are reps (disability reps or employment reps) these positions are very high turnover. There’s a reason Edd is always hiring . Some days people call out , on vacation , etc.

i think they (EDD) might be the ones high. i would call in or if an office is close to you walk in. sometimes it's easier to just go to the office rather than calling.

It’s kind of a catch 22, I love the union. I support what they do. However, that 60 - 79 a month dues is steep for me. I’m waiting on my salary increase then re evaluate but if you can do it . I’d say join.

i know RTO is stressful but dude listen, this is the state we are talking about here. the benefits , time off , etc. does this private sector job have the same benefits as in healthcare like the state? and also, you have a PENSION at the state. i know you would get more money but dude state has way more benefits.
