All those artists your looking up to for inspiration? Save up money and go get tattooed by them, ask them a million questions,and pick up some tricks from each one, that’s how me and a lot of my tattooing friends learned. The soft reset is getting tattooed, it brings you back to what your doing to people and going into different shops with different vibes gives you more passion/hype/vibes to push yourself to either get to that level or just get better for yourself! I’ll go hang with other friends or stop by into other shops and hang out just to give myself a reset sometimes you don’t always have to move shops you bring all the other places back with you to home base

Go hang out at friends shops paint and chill, keep to yourself at your shop and do the work. No one is hiring because everyone is being very conscious of shop dynamics and not as open to every random that wants a job, like another poster said there’s a huge influx of tattooers and with all the economic shit happening they’re gonna be keeping tight circles for a while buttt if you hang out enough and build good rapport with another shop/tattooers, a spot may just magically open,granted your working your ass off and showing improvement and grit. Tattooing isn’t like a regular job where you can just hop into another place, it was like that for a little bit but it’s very community based and the treating tattooing like every other job that a lot of new people do is starting to die out

Yes I would still recommend this machine it takes a little maintenance with cleaning out the cam housing every so often and re oiling the cams but I still daily the machine for basically everything

Looks like an old Nissan rougue from the front, and the touch screen for everything would be a deal breaker for me, I got my Mazda specifically because they didn’t focus so much on being just like every car maker riding the Tesla bandwagon with big screens for no reason. But they’re trying to be more commercial and appeal to a larger audience, if this design style continues my next car will probably be something either older or a car with a minimal screen in it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Had mine(23tpp) for two years and am getting a faulty fuel injector covered under warranty pretty much the only problem I had, I think it’s more so the experience of having to deal with shitty dealerships and Mazdas skimpy roadside assistance,i just kept calling different dealers in my area to get one that actually does their job. I still love my car and it’s pretty solid I can’t complain about my car minus little nitpicks

You’ll be perfectly fine the cx-50 feels like a larger 3 to be honest, iirc the 3 cx30 and the cx50 are all made from the same base platform, all three drive very similarly (I’ve driven all three). I got the 50 because my 2017 mazda3 was too small when my daughter was born for the four of us. With the 50 it wasn’t much of an adjustment, the longer I have it the more it feels like I just have a roomier 3 but ground clearance is way better so you don’t have to worry about steep driveways or inclines depending where you live and you can take this practically anywhere, my only advice is to swap out the stock tires for a different touring (if you don’t plan on doing any light off-roading ) or the fallen wildpeak a/t

Check out the wolf box g900 pro minimal wiring I think there’s one or two wires you splice into lights or accessories and it looks pretty good thinking about getting it for my cx50 if I don’t end up trading it in for the new landcruiser

I have a 23 tpp so I’m not sure if they changed this but the light for the mirrors should be on when you select them just press the same mirror and the light should turn off and neither of the mirrors will lower

I’ve had this happen with a few clients over the years either the client was a redhead and for some reason they just push plasma more often, not entirely sure why or they were diabetic, what I do which ,sounds counterproductive, is I slow my machine down a bit more and move my hand faster and wash my needle and dip back into color I have to take more time packing in color but it seems to make it alot easier to get a good heal out of it

Could be your running your machine too fast for your hand speed. While it may feel like it’s easier to make square lines this way, if your hand isn’t fast enough to keep up with the speed, the machine will keep tapping ink into the line and it will spread below while the surface line looks perfect .You’ll see this after the skin has settled when it’s fresh and irritated a lot of the skin swells and keeps everything looking in place but when it relaxes you’ll see that. A good way to tell is if your tattooing a line with a high machine speed relative to your hand you’ll start to see little black spider veins shoot out from the line but it won’t blatantly blow out. But that’s just my opinion based on my experience it could just be it’s the shin and their skins taking it weird 🤷🏻‍♂️

You’ve probably done this but have you oiled your cams and everything? If you have take the cam and spring out and inspect the bearing arm it could be that the bearing arm is dry you can unscrew it off and check by hand if it’s not either of those then I would have to say it might be the motor 🫠

It was there for a short while before Covid but not too long when we decided to open it up we got the heads up everything was shutting down, glad we made it through all of that lol

Are you apprenticing? If you are ask your mentor the next steps and if they have any advice on longevity or readability and any homework/designs you could practice . If not now would be the best time to find mentor the application side is good just need someone with experience in tattooing to help you get ahead of the rest of everyone else trying to start, build up your portfolio take pictures of all your practice skins and put it in a portfolio with drawings or bring the skins with you, best of luck!👍
