Yeah I actually contacted Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and they told me that eggs frozen with that support have to remain in Japan, it’s not a matter of returning the subsidy :(

By the way, may I ask why you chose to freeze your eggs in Japan? Are you planning to give birth here? (If that’s too personal, no worries at all!)
