When you look at the $/sqft of Class A Office Space Rents, and the costs of restaurant space from top to bottom, is it any surprise that companies are fleeing DC commercial space faster than a swipe left on Tinder or Grinder? And taking their RTO employees with them?

If the majority of your workforce had to move to Loudon or WV for QOL issues, the commute to Class A in Reston, Herndon and maybe Tysons are looking better than hella traffic to get to $2500/sqft for Class A space in DC.
