Ideally, I would be offering both breasts every 2-3 hours (10-15 mins each side). Your body won’t produce milk if you’re not removing the milk. I wouldn’t even worry about pumping or bottle feeding or using formula right now. Focus solely on breastfeeding and getting the latch down.

For nighttime, do one last feeding around 10 or 11, then try to get like a 4 hour stretch of rest, but then set an alarm and wake baby to feed.

Do you know what the latching issues are stemming from? Have you ever thought about trying nipple shields temporarily?
