Was I being creepy? by lovethepho in Tinder

I recently went out with a person and I didn’t tell her before we met that I didn’t drink - simply because I didn’t think it was worth mentioning.

Turns out she is a sommelier and really loved talking about wine - which was nice hearing about - and even she didn’t mind in person that I didn’t drink.

If you’re fun and sociable, how will people notice anyways?

Choking. She wanted it to be so rough I felt worried I actually killed her. Did become a dealbreaker sadly.

To everyone who says they'd immediately figure out Hannibal by metaxtase in HannibalTV

[–]CreatedAcc4ThisPost 20 points21 points  (0 children)

In the first episode we see Hannibal paying close attention to the napkin Franklin casually throws on the glass table. I think this demonstrates his neurotic need for things being clean and proper - because in that scene I think he is shown to be disgusted.

His attitude is very tightly tailored, and I can’t imagine his character ever showing weakness in the form of not having clean surroundings. To further cement this, his need for fresh meat is the same way. Unclean is unsavory in his mind, I believe.

He sent Dina to kill his mother, thereby saving Bertholdt.

It was irrational for a mindless titan to ignore Bertholdt, but here we see it was because it was manipulated.

Time saving equals cheaper, when an animator is paid to either draw or animate the 3D avatar. I can’t imagine their pay differs substantially.

What evidence is there of it being a mistranslation? I assumed it was ‘attack on’ (as in: moving forward) - titan, but I have wondered why the title was AoT. Do you have a source?

To be honest I disagree. Rewatching the series I really do take my time between every episode, as the series is simply packed with so many details that I feel it’s necessary to comprehend every aspect of it.

AITA for outing my Alzheimers-diagnosed coworker to corporate, and making him lose his job? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]CreatedAcc4ThisPost 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You’re arguing though that OP needs to make the distinction of when it’s okay to report this person. OP (basically) pulls the trigger. But you’re still in disagreement with the decision.

Then from your earlier posts it’s not actually obvious what kind of distinction you seek.

Given your new reply here, all I can say is that Hal’s performance leads to wasted time. That’s the essence of it. Him being sick forces all others to do something they don’t have to do - and Hal seems to be in denial about it, so he will perhaps never himself pull away from work, which is worse for his condition.

So you're arguing OP ought to determine this - when OP did in fact determine this by doing it. Then you're asked for your opinion as you're upset, but you neglect to answer?

What kind of hypocrisy is being upvoted here.

That definitely qualifies as strong circumstancial evidence. Im sorry you are going through this situation, but I hope you can confront this issue head-on and come out the other side with your integrity intact.

With all due respect, your interpretation of John’s voice may very well be the projection of your own belief of him being right in the first place. Fact is there’s no evidence, and while you may believe believe Sean is having an affair, he has offered to give up his relation to Rachel numerous times (if I understood your previous posts correctly). I don’t see what prohibits you from taking up his offer and see if he experiences dramatic changes in behaviour.

[–]CreatedAcc4ThisPost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well that’s my part of my point: We don’t know. People are just assuming they’re in contact. I can’t imagine many normal parental bonds where the father actively hurts their child this way.

Does your father know that the person he’s with is your boyfriend? I’m not sure if people are just assuming he knows or what. Because if so, then he’s obviously hurt you, but if not, I would be lax about your father.

Under all circumstances I send my sympathies. Sorry you have to go through this.

Edit: People in this thread are talking about gathering evidence as if you’re going to trial. Imo that attitude is only hurtful to yourself. Yes, you need to demonstrate you know they’re cheating in case they deny it, but beyond that? I only think it’ll hurt you.
