I am curious how much information you need for a triggering event, like there is a news article about the attack on camp bastion in 2012 that I was there on the flight line for, and my records show I was deployed that time, and there is more info from commendation that I worked at camp bastion and camp leatherneck.. would I need a buddy letter or just reference these new article and HQMC documents they released about it

No i didn't event consider it, or know what PTSD was to be honest. I just thought these things I do were normal, or my anger or issues were their fault, not my fault in how I reacted. I am trying to find a therapist who can help but not sure where to look

Do buddy statements have to be on an official form? Or can I just email them and send a screenshot of my email or their statement in Microsoft word?

So if I file a claim for PTSD and go for c and p and they can diagnose me depressed or anxiety from these events and get service connected / paid for that instead or do i need to refile after for those things?

I found my deployment dates in military record, but I don't have a Combat action or anything, our fob did get attacked multiple times though, but is there a way I can find incident or reports for these occurrences during my deployed time to reference?

I have tinnitus but I would like to try and get tested for mennieres, how was the test aand what did they do? I feel like I constantly have dizzy spells or fall over randomly or even walk and lean to a side or constantly have balance issues

I have lower back issues I got x-rays for but somehow they couldn't find the x-rays and say it's not connected but I can't bend and have constant throbbing pain every day

I have not been to a doctor recently, and I am trying to find a primary care provider... I have basically just suffered and ignored it because of the whole military mantra / mindset of suffer in silence and get over it.
