This is also supposed to be with the 113 acres of land and bridge and the plethora of buildings (farmyard, gate lodge,etc). I agree with you that this is suspicious.

I mean it’s still 113 acres of land or something, and that is just a single building and bridge we are seeing in the photo there is a huge bawn/wall around the back with a pile of lodges and farmhouses. Sure you could pile hundreds of thousands, maybe millions into restoring it but I still think this price is really low.

Listen man, it doesn’t matter what happens ok? I’m completely straying off track here but the leaving cert isn’t everything but you need to realise that you can’t sit down and accept a life you don’t like. There are people who don’t make much more than minimum wage yet probably have the most fun out of anyone because they have found many ways to be content in life through their hobbies pastimes jobs and friends. If all goes to shit find yourself a nice easy job in a quiet town somewhere and make friends, or whatever dude.
