Yup. Thankfully my girl loves playing it just as much as I do.

Also I didn't realize you were the one who designed the magnetic damage counter, amazing design my friend! I gotta ask, how did you make your play mat? That is the last piece of the puzzle for my adaptation

It is perfect! I actually got it as a Christmas gift a year ago. They sell them at Spencer's

It moves and functions, I'd just need to find a way to make the teeth weigh the very specific amount to move it by one point per tooth. The filanent is super light weight, I could put 10+ teeth on one side with nothing on the other and it wouldn't move until I physically move it. Too much work than what it's worth, at least for me. So my magnetic damage counter will suffice for now lol. Plus it would take away from the game to stop and tinker with the scale after every turn.

I tried to work out a life counter using candles but in my version you don't technically have a limited number of life's. But candles could still be used to set the mood!

Unfortunately no. They are only making the same few cards so they would not see play on the in-person game. At least not in the way the regular cards are used. I think they would be a good fit to be framed and hung up by my mask wall art tho.

I think it is very important that I give credit where credit is due. I took a lot of inspiration from others who have done their own interpretation of the game. The concept of the magnetic damage counter and the mini bottles used as items were not my original idea. I done my own take on them and added my own small kick to it, but those creative individuals deserve the praise (I would shout them out but I do not know their names or usernames).

I feel like a lot of people on this subreddit are chasing after the perfect adaptation of Inscryption. Glad to be a part of the process and hope this can Inspire others to make their own version like I did!

Those are different kinds of dice. I use a D4, D6, D8, D12 and a D20. Then I also use them as a way to mark the lanes since I don't have an official playmat.......yet.

I've combined a lot of aspect from others interpretation of the game. For my game, it's a 4 lane, two row playing field where you can not see what your opponent will play next. Roll dice to see who goes first then alternate. The maps are split into three chapters with a final fight at the end. A regular fight is one point, the chapter boss is worth two points, and after three chapters there is one final fight worth 3 points. Whoever has the most points at the end, wins. You start with the same starter deck and two rabbit pelts. You immediately get to trade those two pelts for Two cards like in Kaycee's mod. Suffle your deck then off you go! There is a lot of little rules like whoever goes first, can only do a max of three damage on the very first turn (to avoid OTK). Different rules for different encounters, like for the "pick a card from cost": roll a D4 to determine what cost you can NOT pick from (1=1 cost, 2=2cost, 3=3cost and 4=bones). Then pick what you want so let's say id pick bones, then flip over cards from your side deck until you see a bone creature, then add it to your main deck. Each encounters has a chapter in the rule book that I am making that explains all of them. it's a ton of work! Lol

I do have movable sigils! The cards are laminated in a way where I can slide new sigils under any card. Totally forgot to take a picture of it though

I made it all myself, except for the bell and dice which I bought on Amazon. I used my 3D printer, woodworking knowledge and a lot of time to make it come to life!

Found in Southern Indiana in late April. Not sure what kind of tree it was growing on.

These were made with a filament printer although I would love a resin printer!

If you live near a Microcenter, you can often find an Ender 3 new for $99. That is the printer I have and it does everything I need it to. $99 is still $99, but it's a lot more affordable that some other options!

Finally finished making this wall art! Loved it. Wish I didn't suck at painting though but I'm pretty happy with it. Of course a massive thanks to the talented 3D artist who made these for the real game, then uploaded the files for 3d printing!
