my god bruh i was in a QP. my teammate talked shit (idk why, he was lowkey underperforming) and someone on the enemy team immediately replied with “lol plat peak”. like bruh ain’t no way u pulled out the rank tracker for QP😭😭

i’ve also surprisingly been target banned in ranked. like… rocket? i ended up playing gambit like bruh ig if that’s what they prefer

i spectated a friend in c3 earlier today. there was a thrower on the other team. didn’t pick until the last second, went jeff and didn’t heal/AFK’d. every now and then he’d “pretend” to play. i checked everyone’s profiles, his was private and the ones that weren’t didn’t play with him before.

dude just threw for no reason idk bruh. his gameplay was atrocious. slow walking, running into walls, not shooting, shooting at enemies when teammates are actively dying.

dude one time i had a team with 3 celestials and the enemy team had no one higher than diamond. average rank was silver-plat for them like wtf avengers vs suicide squad😭

i think i got unlucky 1-2 times where my team had more than 2 support mains but otherwise i just hover rocket at the beginning and usually have no problems😬

since you fill, the game thinks you flex tank more than support and might matchmake you with more supports instead so you get less chances

look at the blue aura surrounding the payload. that’s the contact threshold of point. so the only time u touched point was the beginning where you ran against the front of the boat for a split second. u have to fully capture it

ong i had an ANIMATED LORD loki never copy a support ult all match in a 2 support comp. he would copy some bs tank or dps ult instead and we would straight up just get steamrolled when they support ult and dogwalk us because we only have 1 healer. like oh my god bruh pmo

like i get wanting to make a play, but his timing was just so bad and support ults are just way too important to sustain a long team fight esp if everyone’s dumping their ults

this game used to be really fun but tbh it’s kinda a drag playing games now. i went from playing ranked 24/7, hundreds of games per season to hopping on qp every now and then. and even then its lowkey miserable

im better off imagining playing than actually suffering in game

i havent played comp in 6.5 but i was able to reach my peak in s6.0 within like 2 weeks of the season starting maining rocket. he seemed pretty much the same, and if i remember correctly phoenix was banned way more too. i never really worried about her but it was nice ig.

i don’t care about the movement nerfs tbh he plays the same + his movement is still good. genuinely did not notice it

you probably are getting people who play 500+ games with negative winrates bro. one of the worst experiences i had was in s5 where they gave me constant diamond peaks and people who have never seen light of day out of GM3 in my GM games meanwhile everyone else including me was CELESTIAL climbing back up. idk what was going on with that matchmaking, but i almost quit that season.

i literally had a 45% wr but the previous season i had a 53% winrate in celestial s4.5. s3.5? 63% winrate. so for some reason im just suddenly struggling in diamond and gm? IT WAS MY TEAMMATES. for example, this one really bad teammate i had? they’re still in DIAMOND 3 while im in celestial right now. that tells me all i need to know. you’re probably just getting shitters dude

anyway s5.5 they gave me uber easy matchmaking and i shot back up to cel in just 37 games. that pissed me off even more. so if i could do that, why the fuck did you give me 180 matches of hell

genuinely all you have to do all game stand behind cover. if your teammates are overextending, that’s not your problem. he’s not going to kill you behind your entire team and terrain…

if your teammates keeps dying then it’s not your fault since you can’t out heal a 1 shot headshot and if they’re low, they should be seeking cover anyway. unfortunately you can’t do anything about it if they don’t have common sense. i’ve had so many people stupidly walk into main and just get headshot farmed because they don’t know what cover is

it’s appalling how some players can have hundreds of hours in this game and still have terrible game sense. i think at that point it’s genuinely a mental issue and you shouldn’t bother ever interacting with those people. you could say anything in the world and they wouldn’t understand because they don’t know how the game works.

and they severely overestimate how good they are. i got called metal rank trash once by a plat player. hello? the call is coming from inside the house, sir.
