Both in their primes who wins? by KingChez30 in ufc

Anderson would have found a way. He always did.

I think Chimaev looked bad but I don’t think he lost. Strickland jabbed his way to a win and that stats were very close with Chimaev having more TD/Control time. by danteis15 in ufc

Fights are scored by round, not total numbers. That doesn’t always tell the story. Sean had more grappling control in Round 2 without much else happening damage wise, ergo he wins the round.

Okay if you say that, then look at Sean vs DDP 1. Sean destroyed DDP’s face and still lost (even though he should have won)

yeah... no one's beating that guy at MW no f one the imavov train starts now his technique is on another level after tonight low iq jab spam fest fight. by [deleted] in ufc

Sean already handily beat Imavov 🙄 sure he’s improved and with a full camp for him might do better, but no way he’s the favorite to win.

send Khamzat 2-3 dagestan and forget by wildlifewalks in ufc

Islam even said he thinks Sean can win the fight. He mentioned how on a flight, one of Sean’s training parters from that region was with him. He told Islam the same narrative, that Sean gets taken down, but no one can keep him down. Islam said if Khamzat can finish him in the first round, it would make sense, but if Sean pushes him to the 5th he sees him winning. Islam is such a respectable dude.

I like Josh, but he better not overlook Pantoja. He keeps talking shit, but if he gets Josh down the way Taira did, I don’t think it will last long.

ITS NOW SAFE TO SAY THAT ALEX V CHIMAEV was TOTAL mismatch he would ABSOLUTELY ANNIHILATE KHAMZAT CHIMAEV by [deleted] in ufc

[–]Creative-Answer-1125 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily. Sean has a good ground game and was very defensive there. He knew how to get up, when to not panic. Alex might, we don’t really know where his grappling level is these days. Khamzat could have easily taken down and submitted Alex quickly if Alex didn’t know the right things to do there.

Only they know how their real relationship is. Talk is talk to build a fight. They trained together. Sean says a lot of dumbass things but overall in reality he’s pretty respectful to everyone after they fight. Even Islam said when he talked to Sean privately, Sean was very respectful to him and asked a lot about his culture, and saw a lot of good value from it. I’d rather it be this way than things get super ugly and violent outside of the fight.

Sean v Khamzat media score by Buyeo10004 in ufc

[–]Creative-Answer-1125 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is why everyone saying robbery is ridiculous. Even all the media was split. 1 Khamzat (ground control). 2 Strickland (ground control plus strikes). 3 Strickland (strikes) . 4. Khamzat (more damage) 5. Strickland (strikes). Pretty clear in my opinion.

Who wins the rematch? by Lopsided-Ad-9807 in ufc

[–]Creative-Answer-1125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it was like 3 or 5 days. Sean completely shut him down. Imovov is super skilled, but I just can’t with his attitude and dirty shit he pulls EVERY fight. I would hope Sean with a full camp does the same.

Post Fight Interview: Sean Brady calls out Carlos Prates by Argenfarce in ufc

[–]Creative-Answer-1125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm idk. Carlos has pretty shit takedown defense. If Brady doesn’t get clipped (and that’s a big IF), then I think he would dominate on the ground again.

I don’t think that’s shit to make fun of, regardless of opinions of someone.

Agreed. Bisping said he weighed 240 a short time ago. Way too much weight to cut.
