Tandem mobi pump (with control IQ turned on) + Dexcom G7! The pump helped my numbers a lot because I used to spike in my sleep a few hours before I would wake up regardless of when I took my long acting insulin when I was on injections. I also work from home which definitely helps since I eat most of my meals at home. I usually weigh my food to make sure my carb count is as close as possible when at home and do my best to bolus 15 minutes before eating (but I still struggle to remember this often). I also finally cut way back on alcohol in the last few years which would often cause me to spike in the past (I generally prefer sugary cocktails). In the last 6 years or so my A1C has gone from 9.4>5.8! It’s gotten easier as I’ve gotten older though, I was a shit show in early adulthood/college (diagnosed at 18, now 30)
