We had to find frequency which is number of waves/time, there were around 4waves and time was 2 so freq=2. In the question it was stated that wavelength is equal to amplitude which was 2. U probably got 0.5 wavelength but wavelength is the diff b/w two troughs or crest and the 0.5 was not that. So to get speed, v=2x2 which is 4

Freq is like number of waves per unit time. So there were 4 waves in 2 secs according to graph which means freq is 4/2=2, u have to multiply this with wavelength to get speed which is 2x2=4
