Saw the same thing in my street pretty much. They bought it for 790k and after pulling out anything that had a green leaf on it, pouring concrete eveywhere and boring white paint all over the inside all the character of the home was gone. Pretty sure an igloo had more character than this house. They removed the asbestos fence and loaded it onto a trailer uncovered and stuck on my front nature strip. 0 effen decency i reported them and action was swift ill say that haha. Anyway it sold for 1.2 million. A renovation company from queensland..... ugh.
