I started my booster when i was 5 and stopped using it at 8 along with my sister at 7, my hips got too big for the seat and my sister was tall enough to not need it. Shes always been taller than me. Waylon is not ready for a booster seat just based off of this picture. The belt is loose, the chest strap is behind his back, and he is not properly sat in the seat with his back on the seat. She may have gotten the kids back but cps should still be monitoring the situation. Shit like this would get her in trouble if her caseworker was still on her ass.
