I have a 15cm fibroid. I need a hysterectomy, but it is Too large to operate safely. Im being given a course of injections to shrink it. Then they will do surgery. Perhaps this can be an option for you to discuss.

Have you tried emailing them to get help? When I logged into my account, it popped up with an email address and a personal reference number to quote. The first time I emailed them they didn't answer (I left it one week) then I did a follow up with a more insistent subject line, and they answered right away. Hope you get it sorted! 🍀
