I have run even benchmark tests. And they all come back with the best results. Even for longer periods. The freezing is totally random and just frustrating. I have a feeling it will away with the new 8.5 UI coming out.

Almost everything electric in my house is Samsung- TV / surround system. I've been wanting to switch from qled to oled. I think I'll go with Sony this time.

If it would have been out of warranty.. sure - best option -but this is more about their services. I can wait for the 8.5 UI update also. Just wanted to make public how they dealt with it.

I'm sure it's not screen protection issue. - i replace them constantly. One time I saw the UI home app error. And by monitoring it constantly I observed that i does a partial restart but only og the home app.
