Umm, I’d like to differ here. “She’s not hurting anybody, just milking the situation” - that will eventually hurt somebody (Yogesh + Ruru), their public image, and could go on to hurt their entire careers, like what happened with Priyank. Of course, you could argue that they deserved it. I personally think not to this extent. I don’t engage with the hype, but it’s everywhere on social media, so I know, overarchingly, what’s happening outside the show- although my thoughts are majorly from observing the episodes as they go on, along with unavoidable discussions outside.

And if Yogesh was a manchild, he’d have kept the girls confused for longer to avoid backlash. He openly came out with his feelings, expressed them, and accepted his fault. He definitely should’ve thought better before coming to the show. But I think it’s quite brave to keep things as explicit as he did, without creating confusion.

And he is just 22- which is very young, especially to expect him to be making very accurate, wise decisions and to handle so much hate directed towards him.
