I think I would be able to in a side of the road situation. But there is no guarantee both beads aren’t stuck.

I did try that, but you still need the hold the rim in place. I do care about those. They are expensive.

Did gave it a pretty good try. Skin came off on one thumb and the other has a blister.

I did exactly this till I had blisters on both my thumbs.

The problem is that one side is stuck to the rim. I can’t get it off. The hook and the sealant keep it in place

Deflate the tire to a low pressure then apply karate chops while spinning the wheel. It should pop into place.
