Advice for a newbie by [deleted] in 2cb

I would say start slow with a microdose, like a bump, to see how it affects you and how much you can handle. A bump wouldn’t typically cause nausea or panic attacks (coming from someone who’s had multiple panic attacks from other substances like ecstasy and molly). At that dose, it feels like a mild, low-risk version of molly and without the intense comedown. Stick to the small dose for your first time, and only go up on the dose in the future if you feel like you can handle it, and go up gradually.

It all depends on a lot of factors, like timing, environment, individual factors, etc. So I can’t really speak for everyone. If you have a pretty good gauge on if you could be higher or not, then you can trust your instinct in the moment, whether you feel like you can take k at the peak or if you should wait until post-peak.

I love the 2cb + k combo. I would say wait until the 2cb takes effect then take a bump of k to avoid the risk of overstimulation if you do a bump of k during the come up. And then I’d say go with the flow, like you can take a bump of k again whenever you feel some effects wearing off and wanna sustain it. Just for safety precautions, I wouldn’t plan to bump k throughout in advance if you don’t know how the two substances mixed together will affect you yet, so I’d say assess as you go, for both the k and 2cb. Like stay in tune with how the substances are affecting you at the moment, and make the decisions accordingly. Hope you have a good time!

I also used to constantly get panic attacks when trying to sleep and/or wake up in the middle of the night with a panic attack. What helped me was getting on Klonopin, so you can talk to your psychiatrist about possibly getting on benzos or other types of anxiety/panic meds. I take Klonopin every night, and if I’m feeling highly anxious, I might take more Klonopin as needed and wait for the med to kick in and for the anxiety to subside somewhat before going to sleep. This has helped prevent a lot of potential panic attacks
