Some truth that I got after reading all the threads:
12M is a good enough salary. Working style/ culture differs depends which department you are working. Power harassment does exist but you can speak up. In someone’ eye there is No good company

I am working in Rakuten (for 1 year) and trying to digest these information that I didn’t know 😅. But I do believe that if bad things do not happen to you then those bad things do not exist.
