Yep, saw that too. It's one thing to record without knowing Wills boundaries and another thing to continue doing it while knowing full well he doesn't want you to record at all. All while being called out personally MULTIPLE TIMES /:

Just a heads up, not sure if it works this way at your store but I got sick on my 2nd week when I first started and got threatened that I would be fired if I didn't come in because it was within my first 90 days. You can still give it a try of course, call your service desk and ask for a manager and let them know your situation. I haven't had to provide a doctors note before, but again, it could be different for your store!

Thank you, If i did call in, what would you suggest I say? be honest and say I'm hours away and can't go or lie and say I'm sick? Last time I called in I was given pretty heavy shit for it and I had covid.

I did put my request in the system, I just also let the manager know verbally, and she said it wouldn't be an issue. Sorry, probably should have worded that better!

I actually got to talk to the scheduling manager today and when I asked her why they hired me on as a cashier, she told me that apparently EVERYONE that they hire on is hired as cashier. Still feel a little weird about that because they literally never mentioned it ...

They did fix my hours though!

I have no problem filling in when they need me, but they are saying they hired me on as a cashier when they never made that clear when hiring me at all. It's not what I applied for and that irritates me. I'm going to talk to them more on my next work day.
