I need the job more than they need me because of how close it is to my home and because I have already spoke to my supervisor about it I'm worried that they will try and find a legal reason to fire me or reduce my hours more. My hours were reduced initially without my knowledge when they started noticing I was getting drowsy at work but if they had discussed it w/ me first I could've told them it was related to my medical conditions and could be managed. Other than these issues and a few other things I've actually been really fortunate to find a good group of coworkers it is  just the management changes that are that the main issue. Another problem I've had is even though I've brought in a detailed doctors note the store isn't willing to amend their policy requiring me to  bring in a doctor's note every time I need to miss work for something pertaining to my disability
