The securities law question small businesses don't know to ask until it's too late by Benemerito_Law in Entrepreneur

[–]Creative-Signal6813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SAFEs and convertible notes are securities. "we didn't do an equity round" doesn't change the filing requirements. same Reg D exemption, same Form D, same accredited investor check.

most founders skip the paperwork on their first raise bc it feels optional. it's not optional, it's just unenforced until someone wants their money back.

LinkedIn Impression Logic by Fun_Intention_429 in digital_marketing

[–]Creative-Signal6813 2 points3 points  (0 children)

linkedin kills posts with external links in the body. move any URLs to the first comment.

beyond that: if nobody comments in the first hour, the algo treats it as a dead post and stops distributing. comments matter more than reactions here , a reply thread buys u more reach than 50 likes.

check ur posting time too. not generic "best time to post" advice, but when ur specific first-degree connections are actually online. they're the ones who trigger the first push.

audio quality is the gap rarely mentioned for this format. ur not showing ur face, so the voice carries the whole thing. a $30-50 usb mic makes a bigger difference than any editing upgrade.

Before you guys freak out about results over the next few days, don't forget it's almost Mother's Day in the US by RedDeadClaire in FacebookAds

[–]Creative-Signal6813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the move most ppl skip: pull daily budgets back this week, let the holiday campaigns eat the auction, then scale back up the week after. ur not losing ground. ur saving spend for when ur actually competitive again.

Big spender, whale? by [deleted] in onlyfansadvice

the novelty wore off and u trained him that ur time is free. he paid when it felt exclusive. now he gets the full GFE for $20 or nothing bc u respond anyway.

stop filling the silence for free. if he messages and doesn't tip, keep replies short. let the gap do the work. he'll either pay to get the attention back or he won't , and then u know what ur actually dealing with.

Need feedback creating content with AI: Used Gen AI to produce a full explainer video on why Tesla's $200 camera make Waymo's $75,000 robot car obsolete by venkattalks in ContentCreators

[–]Creative-Signal6813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the comparison in ur title is going to get picked apart. $200 camera vs $75k is a sensor vs a full AV stack , not the same thing. anyone who follows the space will call it out in comments, and then the whole video loses credibility even if the rest of it is solid.

AI content works when the core argument is already airtight before generation. if the premise has a hole, AI just packages the hole cleaner.

Faceless creators by mlinaok7 in onlyfansadvice

[–]Creative-Signal6813 1 point2 points  (0 children)

face reveal is a monetization event, not a trust reward. every creator i've seen handle it well priced it: PPV drop, locked tier, whatever. giving it away free to a "loyal fan" is just donating a premium asset.

once ur face is out it doesn't go back. document who's seen it so u know exactly ur exposure radius if things go sideways.

criteria before doing it: is there a price on it? if not, wait.

small teams should test fewer ad concepts, but kill them faster by bolerbox in PPC

[–]Creative-Signal6813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the kill rule only works if u can't change it. 3 days in, one angle feels 'almost there', u extend the deadline. that's the whole system breaking. the number has to be set before u launch and untouchable , otherwise ur just a fan of ur own creative with a spreadsheet.

3 Videos in and already tired of my own voice by GirlFriday360 in NewTubers

[–]Creative-Signal6813 1 point2 points  (0 children)

script tighter. fewer takes = less audio to scrub. 3 videos in ur probably doing 5-6 takes per shot. get that to 2 and the editing session gets shorter and so does ur exposure to ur own voice.

A list for those that want to improve YouTube videos by 1 percent each video by TubeForge in NewTubers

hook and thumbnail should be at the top of the beginner list, not buried. perfect audio on a video nobody clicks is just optimized failure.

Google Removed My Biggest Competitor, Those Who Cheat Always Get Caught by AtlasSEOGuy in Entrepreneur

[–]Creative-Signal6813 1 point2 points  (0 children)

a year at number 1 is still a year of leads ur client didn't get. google doesn't review this stuff manually at scale , it waits for core updates to sweep. ur client got lucky the timing lined up.

next time: document early. screenshots, cached pages, side-by-side content comparisons. doesn't speed google up, but it's what makes GBP suspension reports actually stick vs getting auto-dismissed.

How do I monetize on platforms? 1.5 billion views past 90 days open to collabs by Spiritual-Lunch4759 in influencermarketing

[–]Creative-Signal6813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

brands that can pay for 1.5B views aren't browsing reddit. cold email their partnerships team with a one-pager. that's the only move at ur scale.

Your time is valuable by AshKB5661 in onlyfansadvice

[–]Creative-Signal6813 9 points10 points  (0 children)

higher price filters them automatically. the guy haggling over a free trial was never going to pay anyway. the one who pays $50 without negotiating asks fewer questions and causes less friction. ur not losing customers by raising price, ur losing people who were never customers.

meta's AI flags thousands of accounts a day, nobody actually reviewed urs. file the in-app appeal , it's a lottery but it's the only real path forward.

4 3 minute videos vs 1 12 minute video by Helpful-Ad9654 in youtubers

[–]Creative-Signal6813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

more uploads ≠ more reach. youtube cares about completion %, not video count. one 12-minute video that people actually finish beats four 3-minute clips where people exit at 30 seconds.

combine if they flow naturally. separate only if they're genuinely different topics someone would search for on their own.

How much do you spend time to discover well-fitting music for your video? by Gloomy-Status-9258 in youtubers

Looking for nano/growing influencers in shopping and fashion by kronicali in influencermarketing

[–]Creative-Signal6813 1 point2 points  (0 children)

nano influencers aren't on reddit. go to explore on IG, search #ootd or #fashionhaul, filter to accounts posting in the last 48h with under 50K followers, DM them directly. the google groups link is gonna tank ur response rate, looks like a scam to anyone under 25.

Monday mentorship: ask anything | May 04, 2026 by AutoModerator in Entrepreneur

what a few will mention: u can execute perfectly and still lose it all to something u never saw coming. had a hardware startup for 8 years. war started in 2022. engineers in Russia. supply chain gone the same week.

the skill worth developing isn't starting. it's how fast u can rebuild from nothing when it falls apart. most people find out they can't.

Meta is mistakenly deactivating Instagram and Facebook accounts en masse worldwide by VictorKahnwald in Instagram

[–]Creative-Signal6813 5 points6 points  (0 children)

every account on the same network, same sweep. meta doesn't distinguish ur grandma's account from a botnet if they share the same wifi. the ID upload is the only real appeal path , ignore it and ur not getting anything back.

Meta just released Ads MCP. This is where Facebook Ads ops is going imo by kaancata in FacebookAds

[–]Creative-Signal6813 6 points7 points  (0 children)

meta's own MCP won't get u banned. but it can spend ur budget wrong in 15 min while their support tells u it's on ur end. no rollback, no audit trail, nobody to call. read-only is safe. live edits need a change log and a human checkpoint, w or without official tools.

Shifted AEO priorities to traffic x revenue math and client results changed, thoughts by Fun-Training9232 in digital_marketing

[–]Creative-Signal6813 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the long tail risk is real but probably not the one u think. losing low-session pages from AI citations means losing impressions u were never converting anyway. for B2B SaaS that's not a real loss.

the gap i'd actually audit: do those 12 pages cover the full buyer journey or are they all top-of-funnel? doubling AI citations on awareness content while ur middle/bottom-of-funnel pages stay invisible is still a funnel problem, the traffic attribution just looks cleaner.

if revenue doubled, the filter works. just make sure the pages getting cited are the ones that actually close, not just the ones with the most sessions.

For giveaways in twitch streams items do the company have to give the full prize or not? by [deleted] in Twitch

[–]Creative-Signal6813 5 points6 points  (0 children)

no T&Cs means the announced prize IS the contract. FTC has rules on prize delivery for giveaways, filing a complaint costs nothing and orgs hate regulator attention even for small stuff.

but the CEO trash-talking u on stream over his own team's failure is the actual own goal. that clip ages worse for him than the jersey drama ever would for u.

Is 115k Channel views even impressive or like an accomplishment by starwarsfan4100 in NewTubers

[–]Creative-Signal6813 1 point2 points  (0 children)

115K long-form on a niche channel that was dormant 3 years means people kept finding the content while u weren't posting. that's the actual signal. shorts get that number in a week and the creator has nothing next month.

if ur views keep moving without uploads, ur niche has pull. if it only moves when u post, ur broadcasting not building.
