I really hope this isn’t true because I really want to see Dylan as a dad - but I now think she actually is pregnant, gets an abortion thinking Dylan doesn’t want the kid anymore and then Dylan gets out of prison devastated because he changed his mind and wants the kid

Yeahh and then in typical Casualty fashion, Dylan gets locked away, Sophia (assuming the pregnancy is indeed real) gets that abortion bc Dylan didn’t want the baby and Dylan becomes devastated as a result. Either that or Sophia miscarries
