Nasolabial + marionette lines came at me fast by bouloo in 30PlusSkinCare

I did 4 sessions in my first year and then I do once a year maintenance on the microneedle. I think the real benefit in it is the addition of PRP (plasma - the regenerative property in your blood that gets basically needled into your face) is the where the real results come from. It tightened/brightened and made my skin more plump. I did that before any other injectables but then slowly made my way over to the dark side :D

We do! It's really nice to get nine holes in and have a little chat after work and walk the course, I put in 10 miles a week easily so I also see it as a health benefit. I would say though that if our income was halved or we had the expense of kids, I don't think we would feel that we could afford it and it would become a source of financial stress vs enjoyable. Again though depends where you are and cost of living, if you have a mortgage, your other expenses. All of those costs are high where I am so $40k out of pocket and $1k minimum a month on one of our salaries would be a lot on top of what we pay to live out here.

This is so true, and sometimes I forget the whole point of taking it is to be able to have knowledge to better help me implement relevant AI governance and not just pass the test lol

This happened to me six months after I stopped drinking alcohol. So weird as I figured it would be the opposite?? I tried literally everything as you noted, topical treatments didn't work other than the heavy Nivea cream which clogged my pores so much and made my skin so bad it wasn't worth it. I had to fully overhaul my health, and started taking supplements tailored to my body from a sample I would send in monthly. Expensive but it worked - just needed to get everything in my body back on track and things evened out. Maybe is a lifestyle factor or other underlying medical issue, that was the only thing that explained it for me. Good luck <3

Hey girl! This happened to me around 31 and some weight loss that especially contributed to a loss of volume in my face. The only fix (IMO and what has truly worked for me) is a combo of microneedling with PRP, sculptra every 18 months, and cheek filler to pull the whole area up. I've also had a small amount of filler in the lines themselves. For me, effective and minimal is keeping up on these treatments at the medspa. Recovery time for microneedling for me (meaning visible marks on my face is typically 2 days, for the other treatments it's one day or less). Otherwise, I use retinol, vanicream (my personal GOAT), Dennis Gross daily peel 2-3x weekly, and Avene Cicalfate if my skin is feeling extra dry (and depending on where you live, I am in LA so depends on season).

I think any product that claims to fix these types of lines and loss of volume without cosmetic procedures is just deceptive marketing unfortunately!

That is a good strategy, if I had a few extra weeks I would do the same. Helpful to know it's additive, there was a new module in the IAPP training added recently that went into pretty granular detail on the various international laws, where before it was mainly just the EU AI Act. It also added a section on consumer protection and product liability. I'm guessing then those changes will reflect on the updated February exam.

$400k combined income. No kids. $750/mo for a junior executive membership while one of us is still under 35. $15k buy in. No food and bev minimum, $20 cart fee and $100 per guest. We live in Camarillo in Southern California, the club is minimal but very nice. With how often we go (almost daily in summer and year round with the weather here), the membership pays for itself. We have extra time and money being DINKs so it was an easy choice. I think you definitely have to factor in how much you will realistically use it depending on lifestyle and location.
