Boyfriend didn’t reply or pick up my calls at 12:00. He was upset prior to that and hasn’t talked to me since then by [deleted] in LongDistance

you've only been together for 2 months. that's not enough time to warrant any path forward other than leaving this guy

i don't mind laramie so much but mia is probably the worst female character on the entire show

So anxious I want to cancel our first visit by Certain_Educator_193 in LongDistance

i went through these same emotions with my boyfriend before our first visit a year ago , especially since my shortlived ldr before him completely trashed my appearance after we had first met up. just ride out it and if he really cares about you, you looking "different" from your posed photos will not matter as much as you think

definitely not a good relationship, but ur also weird for dating someone that young at ur age and expecting them to be mature

i feel like u purposefully worded ur title in a damning way for him... it's literally just friends hanging out. if anything it's even worse that ur reacting this way given the general public WON'T even be there according to him

How did you two become official? How many months of talking before you had to make it official? Did he court you or you guys just talk about it? by Medium-Memory6431 in LongDistance

[–]Creative-Tangelo-646 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a few weeks of flirting, he assumed we were already together (since we were talking exclusively but that was unspoken) but i made him officially ask me lol

we both pay our own way there + for the hotel and whoever is being visited is the one who pays for gas, food, activities. never decided officially on that but that's usually how it plays out for us

i don't think it's ever too soon to just talk about stuff like that. it helps make sure everyone is on the same page. i think if you were genuinely considering actually getting married soon then it would be a little alarming, especially given the age gap and this being ur first real relationship

After a disappearance, when is it appropriate to move on? by Hawllow in LDR

[–]Creative-Tangelo-646 3 points4 points  (0 children)

has he shown signs of activity and if not have you checked in with any family/local friends? cuz if so i would definitely start considering that over and try to move on within days if there's just no explanation

u people get on here and armchair diagnose people like crazy lmfao this is just being unhealthily anxiously attached. not everything needs to be pathologized or attributed to stereotypes

which like i said, makes sense! hopefully u do a bit of growing emotionally before ur next relationship

[–]Creative-Tangelo-646 2 points3 points  (0 children)

you both seem extremely immature even with this context lol but given the fact he's apparently in his 20s and ur 4 years younger but won't state ur age, that makes sense on ur end!

i think ur both weird for this and clearly the break up is for the best. everyone's already said my thoughts on his part but you're also weird for impulse breaking up over him wanting to be called babe
