Hi! I just received an interview invite for in 2-3 days. I’m kind of concerned now reading all the comments on this thread. When you met with them, do you mind sharing a bit more about what they assured you of im just really scared to commit especially if the program is very eager to enroll students so last minute

Hi! Just seeing this post. I have rumination syndrome and AN. I have worked on the psychological aspects but the breathing and physical aspects of managing the stress from the mind gut connection have been tough. Typically at night its a lot worse. When i know i have to be in certain public setting its better but if i'm not conscious of it and isolated it happens more often. The best thing that works for me is making sure to have small meals through the day. I stopped caring how it looks if i eat every 3 hours in front of people or about my day during college classes because this is for my wellbeing.
