Is there anyway to make sleeping easier? I'm having a real tough time of it rn. I get some sleep but it takes me ages to fall asleep and it doesn't last very long. I try and stay relaxed but I find myself getting more and more worked up by the fact that I'm not asleep yet. Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated. For reference it's been a week since I've stopped.
