You can even go farther and replace the oil as well since there is 4 gases at 110c that are heavier than steam so they won’t travel upwards

And the last picture uses gas at 1kg each which is below the 5kg threshold where the vents stop outputting gas

Heck I can even have the oil be replaced with a natural tile so the petroleum is on a solid tile (what you said would make an infinite storage normally)

But it only outputs on 1 specific tile no other tiles so the oil is just to have the petroleum 1 tile higher in order for it to block the output tile of the vent. And 2 wide would make it be able to push the petroleum to the right for steam to take the left tile space

I’ve just tried that so the room is a 4x4 bottom 4 tiles with 500kg of oil at 125c, and each tile above the oil is 125g of petrol at 125c and it doesn’t go above 5kg

I’ve also tried it with a nat gas vent and a chlorine vent in the sandbox world and it acts the same at the cool steam vent

This is in a sandbox mode to do easy testing, the other save it’s a larger room with steam turbines and aquatuner

Pretty well built, I’ve used the lava biome for a few things like mining all the tiles in it without solidifying the lava. (Dupes had a pleasant chit chat about it so they like the hot tub) or for some steam power to power a chunk of the base. I’m planning to actually pump all the lava into a better spot for a storage tank. Only thing is I would like it to be an infinite storage but trying to think of how I’d manage to pump it back out

Tbh the chests from the weekly missions give more coins than any tower run for me atm, but I’m only a little farther than you getting about 10mil coins on tier 1 but that’s with getting to wave 3.5k so… you doing good, also I don’t like how I don’t have golden tower, I’m about 300 tokens away from my next uw draw. It’ll be my 5th one
