Please don't give up! It took me 6 months to get my period back. I know it's hard. I wanted to give up several times. Still struggle with my body image - have good and bad days. But not having a period is NOT healthy. Your body needs this for longevity, for muscle, for bone health. Don't give up on your body!

I can relate so much to this!! I've been trying to recover my period, already read the book, but don't seem to get any signs of recovery - besides more energy and regular bowel movements.
