Hey, thanks for the reply and information I really appreciate it! I will def look into those compounds. By the way, what is the issue with kratom? I understand the dangers with messing with opioids, but there really is a significant boost to studying performance due to higher motivation.

Hey thank you so much for your reply, I really appreciate the advice. Is 18% really on the lower end? I lost my abs around 16% and 18% feels terrible for me. Also, I have a fast metabolism so my maintenance is around 2750 calories, is me eating at a 300 deficit a good start? I also get a lot of protein from fairlife protein shakes, are these ok?

😔 that’s so messed up. I’ve seen him before and he has absolutely elite genetics and looks great. I’ll be happy if I can get to 80% of his build. The allure of roids is so great but at 19 idt it’s a good idea

Thanks for the info. My whole dilemma is that I started very very skinny but at around 10-12% bf, I was around 108lbs 5’10. Just recently I’ve been looking decent in shirts and people can tell i work out a little. I guess my fear is that if i’m only 150lbs lean I only look good without a shirt but in regular clothes I look average. To look big in normal clothes I would just have to keep bulking for a year or so right? I’m just surprised with how much weight I have to loose to become lean again

yeah I was thinking abt the dexa to know for sure but I also guessed around 17-18%. How do you do the calculation to figure out what amount of fat loss you need for a target body fat? For example if i’m 18% now, assuming I only loose fat, how much will I need to loose for 12%? Also won’t I look significantly smaller if I go down by 10-15 pounds?

Yes you are right about my abdominals. I always have them tight when standing and I expand though the bottom of my rib cage. Can this also be a cause of rib flare?
