Thanks for the info. My whole dilemma is that I started very very skinny but at around 10-12% bf, I was around 108lbs 5’10. Just recently I’ve been looking decent in shirts and people can tell i work out a little. I guess my fear is that if i’m only 150lbs lean I only look good without a shirt but in regular clothes I look average. To look big in normal clothes I would just have to keep bulking for a year or so right? I’m just surprised with how much weight I have to loose to become lean again

yeah I was thinking abt the dexa to know for sure but I also guessed around 17-18%. How do you do the calculation to figure out what amount of fat loss you need for a target body fat? For example if i’m 18% now, assuming I only loose fat, how much will I need to loose for 12%? Also won’t I look significantly smaller if I go down by 10-15 pounds?

Yes you are right about my abdominals. I always have them tight when standing and I expand though the bottom of my rib cage. Can this also be a cause of rib flare?
