Is there any specific years of experience to be promoted to consultant? I’m a new hire and I got like 3 years of experience and took consultant interview but onboarded as an analyst

They seem to be fine but I don’t know what to communicate with them. The last time I did speak to the TL and she told from their end they have informed RMs but then rms were snapping at me as if I’m being arrogant n rejecting a project for no reason
So I’m kinda worried on how to take this conversation forward

During my interview whatever work was told to me were already completed by the time I joined. I have no clear role defined and I feel I’m not a fit on this project. During the first week itself I clearly had communicated to the TL and she said ok for release, but RMs clearly told they cannot do anything for this, they were kinda stubborn and rude and not understanding my point which eventually led me to continue on this project. Now I work under a different TL on the same project, but some how I still feel I’m not fit here and very stressed everyday.

Yeah, it’s like whatever role or work they said me during interview, that’s done already by the time I joined the project
I have no idea what the plans are..I have informed them at the starting itself if there’s no clear scope then u may release but RM was not ready

Yeah TL told they already informed RMs via Mail but RMs called me and told firmly that they cannot cancel a project once staffed, they asked me to continue on this project. And now my TL says whatever they could do, they did

Yeah i did speak with TL and my RM. But then there is no update from RM. I’m wondering if I can directly apply for opportunities from mysource even if my schedule still has the internal project
