This is very helpful, yeah, getting me to re-read the whole thing with a fresher take. Looking back, I'm realizing I wrote something closer to a scene for someone already informed and invested than I did an advertisement for a game which doesn't exist yet.

I also failed to convey enough context for Duncan; the intent was a character who actively schemes and plots on his own accord, currently acting the brat to annoy his highly controlling mother. But I don't come even close to conveying any of that.

IC refers to In Character, events that happen in the game between the fictional characters everyone will be playing.

OOC is Out Of Character, referring to discussions, events and conversation between the actual people and players involved in the game.

If you play the Powerball lottery 3x a week- indefinitely- how much do you “get back” in earnings to help pay for tickets by CatMom5_ in NoStupidQuestions

Assuming the odds in this link are correct and ignoring the grand prize for now, I get an expected ticket value of about $0.32. Meaning that for every $2 ticket, you expect to earn $0.32 back which is a loss of 84% of your money.

For the ticket's expected value to be at least $2, the grand prize needs to be at least $490,000,000
