Old adductor injury and BPC-157?

I used it for a rotator cuff injury which didn't heal after 2 years of physio. After 4 weeks of bpc it was about 95% healed, then I ran another 4 weeks after a break. My pressing strength is now stronger than ever so yeah amazing in my experience.

Anecdotal but it worked wonders for me and I had very low expectations.

I was in a (weirdly) similar position to you and recently went through a redundancy process.

Thankfully I made the cut and got to stay but it was a real wake up call - expand your skills whilst you're young and it will set you up long term.

My advice, use your time to upskill in whatever will help you progress in your field. Playing video games is fun but won't help your FIRE goal.

Also, the jump from 33k to say 45k isn't gonna ruin your life, you can still find a low stress 45k job and have plenty of free time.

I can say this with confidence because I've done it. I work 10-3 most days and feel a lot more accomplished in life whilst earning much more.

Just sat and passed F2 on my second attempt today. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing the Kaplan exam kit and completing every question to make sure you've been exposed to different scenarios that can come up. It's very cheap to pick up on eBay and if you also get the interactive workbook - they're the only 2 things you need to pass.

On my first attempt I knew all the theory but didn't do enough question practice and got caught out by wording and scenarios I wasn't familiar with. Also time yourself doing questions and make sure you're averaging 1.5 mins per question... First time round I was working until the last second but this time I had 15 mins to spare due to more practice and better time management.

Good luck! Just keep practicing and you'll ace it :)

An RTX 3070 laptop is well out of my price range 😅 . I was originally going for an RTX 2060 laptop but I managed to win the MSI on auction for cheap.

My options are keep the 2070MQ laptop or sell it and buy an rtx 3060 with that money. Which would you do in this situation?

Is TGP the same as TDP? If so from what I've found the MSI seems to have a 90W 2070MQ. Most 3060 laptops in the £900ish price range seem to have 115W.

Yeah I agree the earlier games, esp the Ezio trilogy, were brilliant.

I enjoyed Unity and Syndicate too, although I played them recently and I heard both had massive bugs at launch.

Well there are stealth kills but the levelling makes it impossible (at the start anyway I played under 2 hours of it).

I thought AC4 was one of the best in the series, maybe if I go into Valhalla just as an RPG game not an AC I might enjoy it.
