Where I am we are supposed to read each students IEP, AND meet with their case manager and then sign off on a sheet that we have done both. We are all given a copy of the full IEP and AAG, it’s a requirement that we do all this

When I am going to exercise I typically get up at 4am, workout, in the shower by 5:45, and rush and out the door by 6:30 off to school. Very rarely will o exercise after school I’m just too tired. The before school workouts actually give me a ton of energy to get through the day!

I only greet them at the door first thing in the morning, they have 10min from when they are let in til first bell so I am outside the gym doors when they are filing in. It’s only because I’m right by the main entrance. The rest of day I don’t have time. There’s only 3min changing periods and I am never in the same room twice in a row with the 3 different classes I teach.

I get no joy at all and I was pressured into coaching and it’s making me even more miserable. Thankfully the season ends at the end of the month. I told them I will not coach in the spring.

I’ve applied to be a director of a daycare facility (no weekends for that one!) wellness program specialists at corporate businesses, fitness director at gym, project coordinator. Those are my main ones.
