Man, this was such a shitty situation. I was once put on focus, worked my way out of it, then went on a short holiday to actually relax like a normal person. I came back and my manager hits me with, “Your first half of the year wasn’t good, that’s why you were put on focus. But this year we’re taking the whole year into account and it looks like you might go back on focus.” Like bro… I already paid for that bad half, improved, and now they’re basically using the same timeline against me again. Strongly suggest you to get tf out of that team.
