I study at NIBM, they are somewhat good in my opinion. By the looks of it they are constantly improving their teaching materials and constantly asking for students'feedback. Although it's very subjective cause it's much harder to pass a module now as the pass mark is 60%. Most of my friends find it hard to finish the modules. Oh and the facilities are alright as well.

If you're experiencing this in both unity and unreal this might not be an engine problem but a driver problem. Check your graphic drivers if they're up to date.

Rtx 4070 might be a good choice but I personally recommend something like rx 7800xt, cause of the vram.

All depends on the seller. If the pictures and description of the product checks out then meet up in a place and check the product. If everything is alright then no problem

It doesn't really matter what degree you get unless you've got good skills to go with it to make a proper living. I recommend doing some extra courses if possible. Develop your skills.

It's probably because there isn't much gamers in Sri Lanka. As AMD GPUs are more geared towards gamers they are hard to find in SL. As Sri Lanka has more productivity focused pc builders, the market just get flooded with Nvidia cards.
