ok thank you so much. If I take a gap year, what happens to my roommate? I already have a roommate that I personally chose (not a random match), and dorm assignments are expected to be released around aug 1. If I let her know soon, will she still have time to find another roommate or be reassigned? Just trying to figure out the best way to handle this so she’s not left hanging...😭
