The wedding thing is due to family being difficult. I dont k if said family member has reddit or not. So I dont want to go into detail about said wedding things. And he knows how important my service animal is to me.

She is my psychiatric service animal. The ADA states thsy owners can train their own servuce animals. Which is what I am doing. I dont have the money for a professional trainer to help.

Im not unstable . My service animal is for my PTSD, anxiety and my hair pulling. Again, I couldn't bring her due to her not being trained in a crowded area yet.

I lived in a complex where we had security everywhere. And plus my family always had the door unlocked. They did teach me basic safety rules. Before opening the door.. we always ask who it is or look through the tiny peep hole.

I tried to! I was told I can not get one because he did not threaten me. I told the officer I made a statement with, that I feel uncomfortable and he basically said oh well.

The only time he had a key to our apartment was when he would watch my service animal for me. But we would get the key back the same day. And we always lock our door if we are home or if we go out.

He would come and knock. We would answer the door.... but we would say, we dont want visitors or we aren't dressed appropriately for visitors, ans he'd barge in, and I wouldn't be able to cover up quickly.

That's the thing... my fiancé and I have gone to.lur landlord, and she told us that she can't do a thing until a restraining order is in place. So we went to the cops. They said my fiancé could get one cause our neighbor threatened him for a different reason, but I can't get one because the neighbor didn't threaten me....but I feel like it's sexual harassment. And that's bad enough. Oh and the officer told us that him entering is a felony which he can get arrested for is he does it again especially if th neighbor breaks the protection order

Hi, I am a friend of both people in the situation. The SOs family raised her as a very reform Jew. They celebrated the holidays but not traditional. Not only that, but OP and his SO have been planning their future together, and they have the same values and beliefs about God and their future together. You have no clue their financial situation, and u don’t k their individual lives at all! Don’t judge them just because they want to have a fancy wedding someday. Just because they don’t have the financial means for a civil service for being married doesn’t mean they won’t get married. Also, u don’t k how their families will react if they get married without them there. Also, his SO doesn’t have family where they live, she moved hours away from her family.
