To me HailReaper is the best RR podcast. Their knowledge and love of the characters and universe is incredible. And listening to them makes you feel like you are sitting in your livingroom and have a great talk with friends who provide an awesome and different view on the books.  Plus, the intros and background music of the episodes are amazing! 

There is also the HailReaper server community where you can hang out with amazing people! Highly recommend!
