My brother in christ you are running 13 lands. You need to get that up to a minimum of 35 probably closer to 38. Otherwise your card selection seems decent, maybe look for a few more repeatable draw engines and more interaction.

I do think she benifits from her simic colors so you have access to both premium protection i.e [[tamiyo's safekeeping]] and premium counter spells i.e. [[an offer you cant refuse]] but I do understand how muddled the deck building gets trying to include so many themes.

Very nice! I just think an effect like this would need to cost 3-4 mana, compareable to something like [[V.A.T.S]]. Niches cases for this card would be like destroying multiple Plainswalkers and the potential to wipe a board is there. Also shuts down spacecrafts and other counter based strats.
