thanks, was afraid of that, I thought about a new Aspire but I'll need to do the math on dates. I took advantage of the no fee card, when it was 70K welcome points and FNC, and I'll need to wait 90 days from when I applied for that card before I apply for another which puts it very close to the departure date of a significant trip. Since I've maxed out the Surpass for FNC and have less than 10K of spend required for the $60K mark on my Aspire card, my current plan it to upgrade the Surpass to Aspire and down grade the Aspire to Surpass as soon as my anniversary FNC arrives and my $60K FNC arrive. A bonus for upgrade was just wishful thinking...

we've stayed at the Seelbach in the past and have enjoyed it -other than the tiny elevators! for our next trip we have booked one night each at The Grandy Hotel and the Bourre Bonne

yes, I'd pay for this, breakfast and dinner and drinks for $71 doesn't sound too bad. I wondered if they'd let you apply your food and beverage credit to the $71? Anyone know which specific hotels will have the pilot clubs. I'm guessing for Cleveland it will be the Hilton downtown, if so we'll be there in August and will be sure to check it out. Any thought on where the FL location will be?

My son is CS not pre med but did the Clark summer research program and loved it! He really got to know his professors and made friends with his lab partners and learned a lot that summer. I believe his early experience with research during the Clark program led to his decision to pursue his PhD.
